ZSPEC has produced Window Switch Finishers for the LHD Z32 300zx's which are presently no longer available by Nissan - and improved the passenger-side design in the process (no more plastic clips snapping). 

This listing is for a pair/set is Hydro-Dipped in Carbon-Fiber style.

The left/right set includes the factory-style clips installed and the design-change for the passenger (right-side) includes a small metal retainer clip you install when putting your passenger-side switch on that bezel.
